Host Property Group (HPG) was founded in 2016 by Brooks Host, N. George Host, and Elizabeth Adams. Our primary focus is the opportunistic redevelopment and thoughtful asset management of multi-tenant commercial properties.

Most properties we acquire are underutilized or neglected at purchase. Through our relationships with local tenants, HPG specializes in pairing the right “software” (tenants and activation) with the “hardware” (real estate) to revitalize tired properties.
